Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your relationship with 7Dash Training Center when you enrol in any of our programmes. Enrolling means you accept them.
1. Enrolment and seat confirmation
Your seat is reserved once you have paid the 20% deposit. Seats are capped at fifteen trainees per group and are allocated by order of payment, not order of application. We may postpone the start of a group if the minimum headcount is not met, in which case you choose between moving to another intake or a full refund of what you have paid.
2. Payment and instalments
The programme fee may be paid in full or in interest-free monthly instalments spread across the programme, with a 20% deposit on enrolment. An instalment more than fifteen days late suspends your attendance until it is settled, and the programme is not extended to make up for that suspension.
3. Withdrawal and refunds
Before the programme starts: full refund. Within the first two weeks: 50% refund. After the second week: no cash refund, but you may defer your seat to a later intake once within a year. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the center’s email address.
4. Attendance
The minimum attendance required to earn the certificate is 75% of sessions, together with submission of every unit project and the capstone project. Recorded sessions are available to catch up, but watching a recording does not count towards that attendance percentage.
5. The certificate
The certificate is issued in your name as it appears on your official ID, once the attendance and project submission conditions are met and the programme fee is paid in full. It is issued by the center and accredited by local training authorities, and does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
6. Intellectual property in training material
All training material, recordings and reference projects are owned by the center and licensed to you for personal learning use only. Publishing, reselling or sharing them with non-enrolled people is prohibited. Projects you build yourself are entirely yours and you are free to use them in your portfolio.
7. Code of conduct
We are committed to a respectful training environment. Harassment, discrimination or abuse directed at a trainee or trainer results in immediate termination of enrolment without refund. Recording sessions or filming other trainees without written permission is also prohibited.
8. Post-graduation services
CV review, mock interviews and referrals to partner companies are free services lasting six months from your graduation date. Employment referrals are discretionary and depend on the quality of your projects and their fit with available openings; they are not a contractual commitment.
9. Limitation of liability
The center’s responsibility is limited to delivering the training programme with the advertised content and duration. We are not liable for any professional or financial outcome arising from how you apply what you have learned, and our financial liability will not in any case exceed the amount you paid for the programme.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time you enrol applies to your programme. These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
