Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the 7Dash Training Center website or enrol in one of our programmes, how we use and protect that data, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

We collect your name, email address and phone number when you submit the contact form or enrol in a programme. On actual enrolment we collect the additional details needed to issue a certificate, such as your full legal name and national ID number. We do not collect or store payment card data; payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to answer your enquiries, manage your enrolment and track your progress through the programme, issue your certificate, and tell you about upcoming intakes. We do not send marketing messages unless you have explicitly opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it in two cases only: with the technical service providers needed to run the website and manage enrolment, under confidentiality agreements; and with partner companies when we refer you for employment — and that referral never happens without your explicit consent for each referral.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the site, remember your language choice and hold your login session, plus analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can disable the analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

5. How long we keep data

We keep enrolled trainees’ data for the duration of the programme and five years afterwards, because certificates remain verifiable throughout that period. Contact form messages are deleted a year after the last exchange.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct anything inaccurate in it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent for its use in marketing or employment referrals. To exercise any of these, email a request to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

7. Data security

We serve every page over an encrypted connection and restrict access to trainee data to staff who need it to do their job. No system is absolutely secure, and if a breach affects your data we will inform you without undue delay.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page, and we will email enrolled trainees about any material change.
